Contemplation: Fired by the Highest Aspiration

After reviewing the guidelines for practice, take the following as your contemplation:

Always fired by the highest aspiration,
Laboring to implement the antidotes,
You will gather virtues in the fields
Of qualities, of  benefits, of sorrow.
